  • NO refund unless the artist cancelled

  • Sketch must be confirmed by the client before continuation

  • Once you agree to the sketch, Strictly NO revision

  • Artist pick which commission will be prioritize within the month.

  • TAT: 1 - 2 months depends on the queue
